How to use

Place the chosen pot on a compatible hob and heat gradually to the desired temperature. Use the glass lid with the X mark to reduce steam release by adjusting the lid to the optimal position. For draining liquids, attach the lid with its silicone surround and align the desired sieve opening; pour carefully using the pouring function. When cooking, the lid can be hooked into the integrated lid holder to keep the worktop clean. After use, allow cookware to cool slightly before cleaning; all items are dishwasher-safe, though hand washing will preserve the appearance of the silicone parts longer.

Usage recommendations

To protect the soft-touch silicone and prolong the set’s appearance, avoid abrasive cleaners and sharp metal utensils on the silicone surfaces. Use moderate heat for most cooking tasks to benefit from the SIGMA Classic + base; preheating empty pans at very high heat is not recommended.
