Plywood (poplar) panel 3mm 300×300 mm, pack of 5 — 3DM Group
3DM Group poplar plywood panels, thickness 3 mm and dimensions 300×300 mm, sold as a pack of 5 sheets. These thin panels are made from poplar veneers arranged to provide a stable, lightweight substrate with a smooth surface suitable for fine cutting, sanding and painting. The panels are intended for applications requiring uniform thin veneers and straight, flat sheets.
The 3 mm poplar panels combine low weight with sufficient rigidity for small structural elements and decorative parts. Their uniform surface accepts glue and paint well and sands to a smooth finish without excessive splintering. Supplied in a compact 300×300 mm size and packed in fives, the sheets are easy to store and handle for repetitive tasks and small-batch production.
Measure and mark panels according to the required dimensions, then cut using appropriate tools for thin plywood such as a sharp hobby knife, fine-toothed saw or laser cutter. Sand edges and faces with fine-grit sandpaper to prepare the surface for paint or adhesive. Apply wood glue or suitable contact adhesives for bonded joints and clamp parts until the adhesive cures. For painted finishes, use a primer if necessary and apply coatings compatible with poplar wood.
Store panels flat in a dry environment to prevent warping. When cutting or machining, secure the sheet to avoid splintering and use masking tape along cut lines for cleaner edges. Allow adhesives and coatings to dry fully between handling steps. For precision work, test cutting and finishing on a spare sheet first to adjust tool settings.
