3M™ First Base™ + Bump Cap provides limited head protection against bumps and minor lacerations from stationary objects. The cap features a patented flexible shell made of durable ABS plastic and meets industrial bump protection to EN 812. It is lightweight at approximately 180 g and designed for extended wear in industries such as automotive, aerospace, food processing, transport and logistics.

Advantages

The 3M First Base + bump cap combines a flexible ABS shell with breathable woven fabric and foam that include airflow channels for ventilation. An absorbent terry towelling sweatband and a closed-cell foam pad improve comfort. It is available in different peak lengths (Standard 70 mm, Reduced 55 mm, Micro 25 mm) and multiple colours, and corporate embroidered logo service is offered.
