Concrete SDS-Plus Drill Bit Abraboro 6.5 mm x 260 mm x 200 mm, 4‑cut
Concrete SDS-Plus Drill Bit Abraboro 6.5 mm x 260 mm x 200 mm, 4‑cut
Abraboro Concrete SDS-Plus drill bit with a 6.5 mm diameter, 260 mm total length and 200 mm working length, designed for use with SDS-Plus rotary hammers. The four‑cut tip geometry and carbide cutting edges provide efficient percussive drilling in concrete, masonry and stone. This drill bit is intended for creating precise anchor and dowel holes for installations and repair work on construction and renovation sites.
The four‑cut (4‑edge) tip ensures faster penetration and cleaner hole walls compared with standard two‑cut tips, improving accuracy for anchor placement. A hardened shank and optimized flute geometry help evacuate dust and debris, reducing clogging and maintaining drilling performance over prolonged use. The SDS‑Plus shank offers secure tool retention and quick bit changes on compatible rotary hammer systems.
Fit the bit into the SDS‑Plus chuck of a compatible rotary hammer and ensure it locks in place. Mark the drilling point and, where necessary, start at low speed to establish the position, then apply steady pressure with percussion mode engaged. Use short bursts to reach the desired depth and periodically withdraw the bit to clear dust from the hole. Observe recommended anchor or dowel depths for the chosen fixing.
Wear appropriate personal protective equipment including eye protection, hearing protection and a dust mask. For reinforced concrete, use controlled pressure and consider core or segmented bits for larger diameters. Clean holes of dust before inserting anchors or adhesives to ensure proper bonding.
