Triangular file Abraboro 200 mm ABRABORO
Triangular file Abraboro 200 mm ABRABORO is a hand tool intended for shaping, deburring and filing internal angles, grooves and sharp edges. With a 200 mm active length and a triangular cross-section, this file gives steady control when working on metal, wood or composite materials. It is suitable for finishing edges, sharpening saw teeth and preparing joints in repair, construction and craft tasks.
The triangular profile allows precise work in V‑shaped grooves and internal corners that flat or round files cannot reach. Its 200 mm length balances reach and control for manual operations, while the hardened surface and uniform tooth pattern ensure consistent material removal and predictable surface finish. The tool is compatible with a variety of common workshop tasks and is easy to hold and guide for accurate filing.
Secure the workpiece before starting and choose the correct filing angle for the groove or corner. Hold the file by its handle and apply even forward strokes, lifting on the return stroke to preserve the teeth. Use the flat faces for chamfering and the apexes for internal angles. For sharpening small saw teeth, work each tooth with light passes until the desired sharpness is reached. Clean the file teeth with a wire brush periodically to maintain cutting efficiency.
For best results, pair the triangular file with appropriate clamps or vices to stabilise the workpiece. Wear eye protection when filing metal and clear filings from the workspace regularly. Select medium-fine tooth pattern for general finishing; use coarser or finer files where faster material removal or finer surface finish is required.
