Hole Saw Arbor Hex — Abraboro AB30302000 for bimetal hole saws 14–30 mm
The Abraboro Hex Arbor AB30302000 is an adapter designed to mount bimetal hole saws with diameters from 14 to 30 mm on drills and drivers with a hex shank. It provides a compact connection between the tool and the hole saw, ensuring stable torque transfer for cutting through metal, wood and plastic. The arbor is suitable for workshop and on-site use where quick change of hole saw sizes and reliable centring are required.
The hex shank enables fast and secure clamping in standard drill chucks and quick-change chucks, reducing downtime when swapping hole saws. Built for compatibility with 14–30 mm bimetal hole saws, the arbor ensures consistent concentricity and helps minimise wobble during cutting. Its construction is intended to withstand typical drilling forces while facilitating straightforward installation and removal of hole saws.
Secure the hex shank of the arbor into the drill or driver chuck until it is firmly clamped. Fit the chosen bimetal hole saw onto the arbor and tighten any retaining screw or locking mechanism according to the hole saw design. Before cutting, mark the centre point on the workpiece and position the pilot tip or guide if present. Start drilling at low speed to establish the cut, then increase speed and apply steady pressure suitable to the workpiece material. After completing the cut, stop the tool before removing the hole saw and arbor.
Use appropriate cutting lubricant when drilling metal, and select drill speeds recommended for the hole saw diameter and material. Check that the hole saw is compatible with the arbor’s fit and that all connections are tightened before operation. Wear eye and hand protection and follow standard safety practices for power tool use.
