How to use

Place the detector on the floor in the area to be protected or mount it in the desired location in kitchen, bathroom or cellar. If needed, connect the external sensing cable (up to 150 cm) to extend the detection area; ensure the sensing contacts are positioned where leaks are most likely to occur. Power the unit with a 9 V AC supply according to the manufacturer’s instructions. When the sensor or cable contacts water, the integrated sounder will emit an 85 dB(A) alarm to signal the leak.

Usage recommendations

Install the detector close to potential leak sources (under sinks, near appliances or along exposed pipe runs), test the alarm after installation, and check the sensing cable and power connection periodically to ensure reliable operation.
