How to use

Open the D-ring mechanism using the release tabs, align punched sheets or pockets on the rings and close the mechanism until it locks. Use the A4+ format to place maxi dividers and pockets so that tabs remain visible. Store the binder upright on a shelf or flat in a drawer; avoid prolonged exposure to direct sunlight to preserve the embossed PP finish. The outside pockets can be used for labelling and quick identification of contents.

Usage recommendations

For best results, use standard 2- or 4-hole punched A4+ sheets and pockets designed for A4 Maxi binders. Do not overfill beyond the specified capacity to maintain ring function and avoid deformation of the spine. Clean the surface with a soft, dry cloth; avoid abrasive cleaners or solvents.
