Aluminum Foil Tape ACI Partner T-0, 10 mm x 1 mm roll, model T-0
Aluminum Foil Tape ACI Partner T-0, 10 mm x 1 mm roll, model T-0
ACI Partner Aluminum Foil Tape T-0 is a narrow-width roll measuring 10 mm in width and 1 mm in thickness, designed to provide a conductive and moisture-resistant foil layer for sealing, shielding and light repairs. The product combines a metalized aluminum facing with an adhesive backing to create a durable joint and surface protection suitable for HVAC, insulation and general-purpose repair tasks where a metal foil adhesive is required.
The aluminum foil construction provides electrical conductivity and effective vapor and moisture resistance while the pressure-sensitive adhesive ensures reliable adhesion to metal, foil-faced insulation and many other substrates. The narrow 10 mm width allows for precision application in tight spaces, around small ducts, seams and cable runs. Its metalized surface helps reflect heat and can act as a lightweight barrier against dust and light abrasion.
Prepare and clean the surface by removing dust, oil and loose particles to ensure good adhesion. Cut or tear the required length of tape from the roll and apply with firm pressure along the seam, joint or damaged area. Smooth the tape to remove air pockets and ensure full contact with the substrate. For conductive or grounding applications, make sure the foil is in direct contact with the conductive surface and overlaps any mating surfaces as needed.
Store the roll in a dry, cool place away from direct sunlight. For long-term outdoor exposure or heavy mechanical stress, consider complementary mechanical fastening or use a tape specifically rated for UV and permanent outdoor exposure. When used on insulation or ductwork, ensure proper overlap and continuous contact for effective sealing and vapor barrier performance.
