Three components are enough to make fresh, healthy yogurt at home: milk, bacterial cultures and the Yogurt Maker Adler AD 4476. The appliance prepares yogurt automatically once the ingredients are placed in the jars. Yogurt is made directly in seven 200 ml glass jars, which simplifies storage in the refrigerator. The device heats and maintains the optimal production temperature of 42 °C and has a compact design with a transparent lid and an illuminated control switch.
The Adler AD 4476 provides a simple way to produce homemade yogurt without added preservatives or excessive sugar. It includes seven individual glass jars with lids for easy portioning and takeaway use, and jars are dishwasher-safe. The appliance requires only milk and starter culture, runs at 20 W power and keeps a constant temperature of 42 °C for reliable results. Its compact footprint and clear lid make it convenient to operate and store.
Pour milk into each glass jar, add the recommended amount of bacterial culture, close the jars with lids and place them in the device. Switch the appliance on using the illuminated control and allow it to run through the program at 42 °C until fermentation is complete. After the cycle finishes, remove the jars, close them and refrigerate. The jars can be stored in the refrigerator for up to 7 days.
For best results, use fresh milk and the culture recommended by the culture manufacturer. Clean the housing with a damp cloth and dry it; wash jars and lids in warm water or in a dishwasher. For soy yogurt, choose appropriate soy milk and follow the same procedure.
