Meat Grinder Adler AD 4811
The Adler AD 4811 Meat Grinder is a compact electric grinder designed for home use to prepare sausages, minced meat, meat and vegetable stuffings, and to process ingredients such as poppy seeds. It includes three interchangeable grinding plates with holes of 3 mm, 5 mm and 7 mm, a charging tray, a butcher attachment and a pusher. The unit combines durable, easy-to-disassemble components with a throughput of up to 1.8 kg per minute and dual-direction gearing for straightforward operation.
The meat grinder offers a high maximum motor power of 1800 W for demanding tasks while operating at a typical consumption of 600 W during normal use. Three replaceable sieves provide flexible grinding sizes. Construction uses materials that are simple to clean and maintain, and the forward/reverse gear reduces the risk of blockages and simplifies processing of larger pieces.
Assemble the grinding chamber and select the desired grinding plate (3, 5 or 7 mm) according to the required texture. Place prepared, trimmed meat or other ingredients onto the charging tray, switch the unit to the forward gear and feed the product using the pusher. If the cutter becomes jammed, switch to reverse briefly to clear the blockage, then resume forward operation. After use, unplug the unit, disassemble the removable parts and clean them according to the instruction manual.
For best results, chill meat slightly before grinding and cut it into pieces that fit the charging tray. Use the reverse function sparingly to clear jams and avoid overloading the motor. Clean all removable parts promptly after use to maintain hygiene and prolong the appliance life.
