How to use

Place evenly sliced products on the trays without overlapping to ensure uniform airflow. Stack the trays in the dehydrator and set the desired temperature and time using the front LCD control panel according to the product type: for example, herbs and flowers dry faster at lower temperatures, while soft fruits may require longer drying (up to 18 hours at around 60 °C). Start the device and monitor periodically; when the overheat protection triggers, the unit will shut off automatically.
