How to use

Place a paper or metal filter into the filter cap and attach it to the brewer. Add a measured dose of medium-fine ground coffee into the chamber, pour hot water up to the desired mark, and stir briefly to ensure even saturation. Insert the plunger and allow a short immersion time before pressing down gently and steadily to extract the brewed coffee into a cup. After brewing, separate the plunger and chamber to eject the spent grounds and rinse the parts with warm water. Allow components to dry before reassembly.

Usage recommendations

Use freshly ground coffee and water heated to around 85–92°C for balanced extraction; adjust grind size and immersion time to obtain the desired strength and mouthfeel.
