Pressure Gauge Afriso RF 63 AX Ø63 mm 0–4 bar 1/2" Class 2.5 (63537)
Afriso RF 63 AX Ø63 mm 0–4 bar 1/2" Class 2.5 is an analog pressure gauge designed for heating systems. With a 63 mm diameter dial and a measuring range of 0–4 bar, this instrument provides a clear visual indication of fluid or steam pressure. The 1/2" threaded connection enables straightforward installation on boiler bodies, manifolds or pipe fittings, while the Class 2.5 accuracy ensures reliable readings suitable for routine monitoring and maintenance of heating circuits.
The gauge offers a compact dial size with high legibility for tight installations. Its mechanical construction requires no power source, making it suitable for continuous operation in heating environments. The robust housing and calibrated scale provide consistent performance for pressure monitoring and basic diagnostic checks. The 1/2" connection and standard measuring range make it compatible with a wide range of domestic and light commercial heating equipment.
Mount the pressure gauge to a compatible 1/2" threaded port on the boiler, manifold or pipe fitting. Ensure the connection is clean and use appropriate sealing (such as PTFE tape or a compatible gasket) to prevent leaks. Position the dial where it is visible for routine reading and avoid locations exposed to excessive vibration or direct heat. Read the pressure from the pointer against the printed scale; the 0–4 bar range covers typical heating system pressures. If the gauge shows values outside expected ranges, follow standard diagnostic and safety procedures for the heating system.
Regularly inspect the gauge for signs of damage or corrosion and verify readings during scheduled maintenance. Replace the gauge if the pointer sticks, the dial glass is cracked, or readings appear inconsistent. For improved longevity, avoid mounting directly against heat sources and protect the instrument from strong vibration.
