Pressure Gauge Afriso RF 63 AX Ø63 mm 0–10 bar 1/4" connection class 2.5
Pressure Gauge Afriso RF 63 AX Ø63 mm 0–10 bar 1/4" connection class 2.5
Mechanical pressure gauge Afriso RF 63 AX with a 63 mm dial and a measuring range of 0–10 bar. The instrument has a 1/4" process connection and accuracy class 2.5, designed for monitoring pressure in heating systems, boilers and hydraulic circuits. Its compact ø63 mm housing allows installation on panels or directly on pipes to provide continuous pressure readings and help detect leaks or pressure loss.
The Afriso RF 63 AX offers a clear, easy-to-read dial and robust mechanical construction suitable for general industrial and domestic applications. Accuracy class 2.5 supplies consistent readings for routine monitoring. The standard 1/4" connection and compact ø63 mm format enable flexible installation in confined spaces or on control panels. The gauge requires no power supply and operates reliably under normal operating conditions of heating and hydraulic systems.
Install the gauge using the 1/4" connection on a suitable tapped port of the system or on a mounting panel designed for ø63 mm instruments. Ensure the connection is sealed properly with appropriate thread sealant or tape to avoid leaks. Position the dial where it is easily visible and oriented for correct reading. After installation, pressurize the system slowly and observe the pointer movement to verify correct operation. For accurate readings, avoid exposing the gauge to excessive vibration or temperatures outside the manufacturer's recommended range.
Use the gauge for routine pressure checks; inspect periodically for mechanical damage, corrosion or pointer sticking. If the gauge shows inconsistent readings or visible damage, replace it. In installations with pulsating pressure or vibration, consider adding a snubber or liquid-filled case (if compatible) to extend service life and improve readability.
