How to use

Mount the detector on a ceiling or high on a wall using the SmartBracket panel; there is no need to disassemble the device during installation. Add the detector to an Ajax system via the Ajax mobile or desktop app to enable hub communication, remote setup, and testing. The detector performs automatic self-tests and reports status to the hub; manual tests can be initiated in the app or by pressing the front panel with a hand or suitable object. In standalone mode the detector will operate and sound alarms locally.
