How to use

Mount the GlassProtect on the SmartBracket near the window within the specified detection range. The detector is ready to use out of the box; simply connect it to the Ajax hub from the mobile application with a single click. Position the sensor so the electret microphone faces the protected glass area and avoid placing it behind heavy curtains or solid obstructions that could muffle sound.

Usage recommendations

Install the detector on the frame or adjacent surface at the recommended distance (within 9 m of the glass) and test detection using the hub or app after installation. Avoid installing the device close to ventilation outlets or loud machinery that may affect acoustic detection. For reliable long-term operation, monitor battery status in the Ajax app and replace the CR123A battery when prompted.
