It is designed to improve heat transfer between processors and cooling components by filling microscopic surface gaps between CPU/GPU heat spreaders and heatsinks. The compact kit is supplied in packaging sized 100×125×20 mm, making it practical for PC repair, upgrades and routine cooling maintenance where precise thermal interface reapplication is needed.
The Akasa TIM Wipe Kit offers a balanced combination of thermal performance and ease of use. Clean both mating surfaces thoroughly to remove old compound and contaminants before applying the thermal paste.
