The Akyga AK-CA-52 internal power cable is a compact 0.15 m splitter cable designed for PC enclosures. It converts a single 3-pin power connector into two separate 3-pin Molex-style fan connectors, allowing connection of two fans from one header while preserving a tachometer signal on one branch. The cable has a slim profile and three-colour wiring (black, red, yellow) to match standard fan power and RPM sensing conventions. Made in Poland, it is intended for internal use to deliver stable power to case fans and similar low-voltage components.
The cable provides a simple way to expand a single 3-pin header into two outputs without additional adapters or modifications. Its short 0.15 m length reduces cable clutter inside the case and helps maintain tidy airflow paths. One of the two connectors supports rotational speed reporting, enabling system software or motherboard firmware to monitor fan RPM while powering two fans from one header. The construction uses standard colour-coded wiring for easy identification during installation.
Connect the single 3-pin input plug to an available motherboard or fan controller header. Plug the two 3-pin output connectors into the fans you want to power. Ensure that the connector with the tachometer (RPM) line is attached to the fan whose speed you want the system to monitor. Route the cable to avoid obstructing airflow or interfering with other components, and secure it with cable ties if necessary. No drivers or configuration changes are required; the splitter passes power and the RPM signal directly.
Use this splitter only for low-current components such as standard 3-pin case fans. Do not exceed the current rating of the motherboard header or controller; when connecting multiple fans, verify that the combined current draw remains within safe limits of the source header. Avoid placing the cable near sharp edges and keep it clear of moving parts such as fan blades.
