USB cable Akyga AK-USB-16 — Micro-USB B to USB-C, USB 2.0, 1 m, black
The Akyga AK-USB-16 is a 1 m USB 2.0 cable with a Micro-USB B connector on one end and a USB-C connector on the other. It enables standard USB 2.0 data transfer and power delivery depending on the connected devices. The cable has nickel-plated contacts to ensure reliable electrical contact and improved resistance to corrosion. The black jacket provides a conventional aesthetic and practical protection for everyday use.
This cable combines a Micro-USB B plug and a USB-C plug to bridge older devices with Micro-USB ports to modern USB-C hosts. USB 2.0 support provides compatibility with a wide range of phones, tablets, cameras and accessories while maintaining up to 480 Mbps theoretical transfer speed for typical file transfers. Nickel-plated contacts improve long-term contact reliability and reduce the risk of signal degradation due to corrosion. With a 1 m length, the cable is long enough for comfortable connections at a desk or in a car while remaining compact for storage and transport.
Plug the Micro-USB B end into the device with a Micro-USB port and insert the USB-C end into the host device such as a laptop, charger or power bank. The cable supports standard USB 2.0 data transfer and will also carry charging current where the connected devices allow it. Ensure connectors are fully inserted and aligned before applying force. For file transfer, use the host device's file management software or the operating system's built-in transfer tools to copy or synchronize data.
For reliable operation, avoid bending the cable sharply near the connectors and disconnect by pulling the connector body rather than the cable. Use with devices that officially support USB 2.0 power and data profiles. If faster data rates or higher charging currents are required, consider a cable and devices that support USB 3.x or USB Power Delivery standards.
