USB-C to USB-C Thunderbolt 3 cable Akyga AK-USB-34 — 1.5 m, Black
The Akyga AK-USB-34 is a 1.5 m USB-C to USB-C cable that supports Thunderbolt 3 for high-speed data transfer, video output and device charging. Designed with symmetrical USB-C/Thunderbolt 3 connectors, the black cable combines the convenience of reversible plugs with Thunderbolt 3 performance, enabling single-cable solutions for compatible laptops, docks, external drives and displays. It is suitable for Power Delivery charging up to 100 W and supports data rates and video modes available on Thunderbolt 3-capable hosts and peripherals.
The cable delivers up to 40 Gbps data transfer rates when used with Thunderbolt 3 devices, enabling fast file transfers and low-latency connections for external storage and peripherals. It supports USB Power Delivery charging up to 100 W, so it can charge smartphones, tablets and many laptops that accept USB-C PD. The reversible USB-C connectors simplify connection, while Thunderbolt 3 compatibility allows video output at high resolutions (including 4K and 5K where supported) and reliable signal transmission for displays and docking stations.
Connect one USB-C/Thunderbolt 3 end to a compatible host device (for example a laptop or dock) and the other end to a compatible peripheral such as an external SSD, display or charger. For highest data rates and video resolutions, ensure both connected devices support Thunderbolt 3. When using for charging, connect to a PD-capable power adapter and verify the host device accepts the negotiated power level; charging speed depends on the adapter and device capabilities. Route the cable to avoid sharp bends and keep connectors free of debris.
Use certified Thunderbolt 3 ports and PD-capable chargers to achieve the specified data rates and power delivery. Avoid using the cable with devices that do not support Thunderbolt 3 if you require maximum performance; in such cases functionality will be limited to the capabilities of the connected devices. Store the cable coiled loosely to prevent strain on connectors and inspect connectors periodically for damage.
