How to use

Insert two AAA batteries and power on the device. Point the infrared sensor at the center of the forehead from a short distance (up to 50 cm) and press the measurement button. Wait approximately one second for the temperature reading to appear. After each measurement the device is ready for the next reading without additional operations. Use the memory recall function to review up to 32 stored readings.

Usage recommendations

For reliable forehead measurements, ensure the subject’s forehead is free of sweat, cosmetics or coverings and allow a brief acclimation time if the person has been exposed to extreme temperatures. Maintain the specified measurement distance and avoid direct strong sunlight on the sensor. Replace batteries as needed and store the thermometer in a dry environment.
