The Amica TXB 115 TCRBKX is a built-in electric oven with a 77 L net capacity and stainless steel finish. Designed for standard 56 cm installation compartments, it combines rotary and touch controls, multiple cooking modes and an energy efficiency class A rating to reduce electricity consumption.

Advantages

This oven offers 11 baking functions including rapid preheat and defrost, a Super Fast Heat feature that reaches 150 °C in about 4 minutes, and the BakingPro System™ for even heat distribution and larger baking trays. How to use

Select the desired cooking function with the rotary knobs or the touch TS programmer, set the temperature and time, and place food on the appropriate rack. For bread and pastries use the SoftSteam feature by adding a small amount of water to the reservoir at the bottom of the oven to generate steam. Use the telescopic runner to safely pull trays out for checking or removing dishes. After use, allow the oven to cool before cleaning catalytic panels or removing door glass for maintenance.

Usage recommendations

To achieve even results when baking on multiple levels, preheat the oven using the rapid preheat or BakingPro System™ and rotate trays halfway through baking if required. For best baking texture, add a small amount of water for SoftSteam and avoid overfilling trays to ensure proper air circulation.
