How to use

Adjust the chair height so your feet rest flat on the floor and your knees form approximately a 90° angle. Use the 4-way lumbar controls to set the internal lumbar support inward or outward and position it vertically to match the natural curve of your lower back. Fit the magnetic memory foam head pillow onto the backrest and slide it to a comfortable height for neck support. Adjust the 4D armrests for height, depth, angle and width so your forearms rest lightly while typing or gaming. Use the recline mechanism to set a comfortable back angle and lock the mechanism when you hold a position. If using the extendable magnetic tabletop, attach it magnetically when needed and remove it when not in use.
