Flap Disc Andre 125 mm P60 Zirconia Pro Line (Model 810128)
Flap Disc Andre 125 mm P60 Zirconia Pro Line is a zirconia-abrasive flap disc designed for use with angle grinders. With a 125 mm diameter and P60 grit, this Pro Line version is intended for medium-coarse material removal, deburring, weld blending and surface preparation on steel and other metals. The construction balances cutting performance and durability for general metalworking and renovation tasks.
This flap disc features zirconia abrasive grains that provide high cutting efficiency and resistance to heat during sustained use. The Pro Line build offers consistent material removal rate and longer life compared with basic abrasive discs. Its 125 mm size provides a stable working platform on grinders while the P60 grit delivers an effective compromise between stock removal and surface finish.
Mount the flap disc on a compatible angle grinder following the grinder manufacturer’s safety instructions and use appropriate protective equipment including eye, ear and hand protection. Start the grinder and bring the rotating disc into contact with the workpiece at a shallow angle, using steady, even pressure to move across the surface. Avoid applying excessive force or holding the disc at a single point to prevent uneven wear and overheating. Allow the abrasive to do the cutting; maintain a controlled motion for uniform results.
For optimal performance, select operating speeds within the disc’s rated RPM and use consistent, light-to-moderate pressure. Replace the disc when abrasive flaps are worn or performance declines. Store the discs in a dry environment to preserve abrasive integrity and avoid exposure to excessive heat or humidity.
