Lightning cable ANSMANN 1700-0045, 1 m, Lightning to USB-A, grey
ANSMANN 1700-0045 is a 1 m Lightning to USB-A cable in grey designed for charging Apple devices with Lightning ports and for data transfer between devices and computers. The cable has a Lightning connector on one end and a USB-A connector on the other, weighs approximately 23 g and is supplied as a single piece per pack. It features a nylon braided jacket intended to increase durability and reduce tangling, and the product is MFi licensed for compatibility with iOS devices.
The nylon braided outer layer provides increased resistance to kinking and wear while maintaining a compact and flexible profile. Connectors are shaped for a secure fit so devices can be charged and synced without excessive force. At 1 m length the cable is long enough for comfortable use with standard chargers and computers while avoiding excessive slack. MFi licensing ensures continued interoperability with supported Apple devices after system updates.
Connect the Lightning plug to the compatible Apple device and the USB-A plug to a USB-A power adapter, computer USB port or power bank. Charging begins automatically when connected to a powered USB-A port; data transfer is available when connected to a computer and the device is unlocked and authorised. Handle connectors by the molded housings and avoid bending the cable sharply at the connector ends to prolong service life.
For best results, use the cable with USB-A chargers that meet the device manufacturer's power specifications and avoid exposure to excessive heat or moisture. Inspect the cable periodically for damage and replace if the braid or connector housings show signs of wear.
