PC Filament AnyCubic IPHPCWH-101 (Polycarbonate) White 1 kg
AnyCubic PC Filament IPHPCWH-101 is a 1 kg spool of white polycarbonate (PC) filament for FDM/FFF 3D printers. It is formulated for demanding applications that require high impact resistance, heat resistance and dimensional stability. The material delivers an impact strength of 42 kJ/m², heat resistance up to 110°C under load, and long-term thermal stability, while providing a smooth, semi-transparent finish suitable for functional parts and aesthetic components such as lamp shades or decorative elements.
Polycarbonate filament offers high mechanical strength and temperature resistance, reducing the risk of warping and cracking during prolonged exposure to heat. The material provides good weather and UV resistance to minimise yellowing and surface degradation. Practical features include a reusable spool with a threaded connection system to reduce tangles and an identification chip that enables automatic recognition of print parameters when used with compatible Anycubic printers.
This filament requires an enclosed print chamber and proper drying before printing; without these precautions, warping, poor layer adhesion or moisture-related defects can occur. It also needs high nozzle and bed temperatures and may be challenging to print on basic or unheated printers.
Dry the filament at 80°C for 6–8 hours before use to remove moisture. Print inside an enclosed chamber with a heated build plate set between 100–120°C and a nozzle temperature between 270–290°C. Use recommended printing profiles for polycarbonate, enable slow first layers and ensure good part cooling control only where appropriate. Store the spool in a dry, sealed container with desiccant when not in use to preserve material properties.
For reliable results with AnyCubic PC Filament, use an enclosed printer, follow the specified drying and temperature settings, and use adherent build surfaces or suitable adhesives to prevent part lifting during printing.
