AnyCubic TPU Filament IPHTPCL-102 is a transparent, flexible thermoplastic polyurethane supplied on a 1 kg spool for FDM 3D printers. It combines rubber-like elasticity with high tensile strength and abrasion resistance, making it suitable for printing elastic parts such as gaskets, wearable items and shock-absorbing components that require both flexibility and durability.

Advantages

The filament offers very high elongation at break (approximately 697%), good tensile strength and resistance to abrasion and oils. Its soft, pleasant-to-the-touch surface allows producing flexible, comfortable parts while maintaining dimensional stability during printing. Predefined printing profiles reduce stringing and help achieve consistent, aesthetically pleasing results.

How to use

Load the 1 kg spool into an FDM printer compatible with flexible filaments, set the nozzle temperature between 195–230°C and the build plate to 50–60°C. Use a moderate print speed (recommended 50–150 mm/s) and enable any available TPU or flexible-material profile to reduce stringing. For best results, pre-dry the filament at 70–80°C for about 8 hours to reduce moisture-related bubbling and stringing during printing. Use direct-drive or a well-tuned Bowden setup optimized for flexible filaments.
