AnyCubic TPU Filament in transparent orange is a flexible thermoplastic polyurethane supplied on a 1 kg spool for FDM/FFF 3D printers. The material combines rubber-like elasticity with high tensile strength and wear resistance, making it suitable for flexible parts and prototypes requiring durability and deformation recovery.

Advantages

The filament provides a soft, pleasant-to-the-touch surface and very high elongation at break, ensuring parts can bend and stretch without damage. It offers good resistance to abrasion and oils, stable extrusion with reduced clumping when using prepared profiles, and produces durable, aesthetically consistent prints in a vivid transparent orange color.

When it may not be suitable

How to use

Load the 1 kg spool into a compatible FDM/FFF printer configured for flexible filaments. Use a direct or well-tuned Bowden extruder and set the nozzle temperature between 195 and 230 °C and the bed temperature to 50–60 °C. Choose moderate to high print speeds within the recommended range and enable retraction and print profiles designed for TPU to minimise stringing. Pre-dry the filament if it has absorbed moisture and follow the suggested curing procedure when required to stabilise mechanical properties.
