DLP resin AnyCubic SDHLBG-104C beige 1 kg for SLA/DLP 3D printers
AnyCubic Craftsman DLP Resin (Beige) supplied in a 1 kg container for SLA/DLP 3D printers. This photosensitive resin is formulated for light-curing processes and designed to deliver high-detail prints with improved longevity. The material contains nano-ceramics for enhanced light scattering and reduced shrinkage, making it suitable for precise prototypes, miniatures and functional parts. It is compatible with DLP and similar photopolymer printers and has an indicated shelf life of up to 1.5 years.
AnyCubic Craftsman resin combines a nano-ceramic modified composition with low shrinkage (around 3.7%–4.2%) and increased surface hardness, enabling finer detail and smoother surfaces compared with many standard resins. Initial exposure time is relatively short (approximately 35 seconds) and subsequent layers cure quickly (about 2 seconds per layer), supporting faster print cycles. The resin’s mechanical properties provide a balance of tensile strength and flexibility suitable for durable components.
Shake the resin container gently before use to ensure uniform dispersion of additives. Pour into the resin vat of a compatible DLP/SLA printer and set initial exposure time to approximately 35 seconds for the first layer, with subsequent layer exposure around 2 seconds—then adjust these values according to your printer model and test prints. After printing, remove the part, rinse with isopropyl alcohol or a recommended solvent to remove uncured resin, and perform post-curing according to your printer or post-curing unit instructions to achieve final mechanical properties and surface hardness.
Use in a well-ventilated area and wear appropriate personal protective equipment (gloves and eye protection). Store the resin in a cool, dark place in its original sealed container to maintain the stated 1.5-year shelf life. Perform test prints to fine-tune exposure settings for your specific printer and part geometry.
