How to use

Adjust the seat height with the gas lift to position your feet flat on the floor and your knees at approximately 90°. Set the armrest height and rotation to align your forearms with the desk surface. Use the recline lever to tilt the backrest and lock it at the preferred 4° increment up to 145°. To use the rocking function, unlock the mechanism and adjust the tension wheel to set desired resistance, then lean back to rock up to 12°.
