How to use

Adjust the gas lift to a comfortable seat height using the lever beneath the seat; the extended gas lift provides extra height for taller users. Position the lumbar and headrest pillows to support lower back and neck alignment. Set armrest height, forward/backward position and rotation to match your desk and natural arm posture. Use the recline lever to tilt the backrest and lock it in 4° increments up to 165°. To enable rocking, unlock the tilt and adjust the tension wheel to set resistance; lock the tilt when you want a fixed position.
