Circular Saw Blade Art-Pol 115×22.2 mm, 16 Carbide Teeth, Model AR42111
Art-Pol 115×22.2 mm circular saw blade with 16 carbide teeth is designed for general woodworking tasks. The blade fits handheld circular saws and chop saws with a 22.2 mm arbor and is suitable for cutting softwood and hardwood. With a 115 mm diameter and moderate tooth count, it balances cutting speed and surface finish for crosscuts, rip cuts and light carpentry operations.
The carbide-tipped teeth provide improved wear resistance and longer service life compared with standard steel blades. The 16-tooth configuration offers faster material removal while still maintaining an acceptable cut quality for many common woodworking applications. Compatibility with 22.2 mm bore saws makes it easy to install on many handheld and benchtop saws. The compact 115 mm diameter supports portability and maneuverability for jobsite or workshop use.
Ensure the saw is disconnected from power before changing the blade. Mount the blade onto the saw spindle with the correct orientation and secure the arbor nut to the manufacturer's recommended torque. Check that blade guards and safety features are in place. Set the cutting depth and fence as required for the workpiece. Start the saw and allow it to reach full speed before engaging the material; feed the workpiece steadily without forcing. After use, allow the blade to cool before handling or storing.
For best results, use the blade for general-purpose woodworking tasks rather than precision finish cuts. Keep the blade clean of pitch and resin, inspect carbide tips for damage, and replace the blade when cutting quality deteriorates or excessive vibration occurs.
