Abrasive sheet ASTAR Bosch W480, Fine grit P120, 115×140 mm, 6 pcs is a flexible hand sanding sheet sized 115×140 mm and supplied in a pack of six. Designed for manual and machine sanding, it is intended for surface preparation and light material removal on wood, paint, primers and fillers. The P120 (FEPA) fine grit provides a smooth finish prior to painting or varnishing. The sheet is compatible with standard sheet sanding tools used in renovation and woodworking.
The ASTAR Bosch W480 hand sanding sheet combines a fine P120 abrasive surface with a flexible, tear-resistant construction suitable for sanding edges and tight corners. Its two-sided abrasive surface ensures efficient sanding from either face, while water-resistant properties permit wet or dry use. The sheets are washable to extend service life and maintain consistent abrasive performance during a range of finishing tasks.
Use the ASTAR Bosch W480 sheet for manual sanding or on compatible sheet sanding tools. For best results, hold the sheet flat and apply even pressure while moving along the grain on wood or along the surface to be smoothed. Replace the sheet when the abrasive surface becomes worn or clogged. For wet sanding, rinse and allow to dry before reuse as required to restore cutting performance.
Begin with a test area to confirm the P120 grit provides the desired finish; for coarser material removal use a lower-number grit. When sanding painted surfaces, work gently to avoid penetrating to the substrate. Store sheets flat and dry to preserve flexibility and avoid premature creasing or damage.
