Server chassis Asus ESC8000A-E13P, 3200W PSU, 8-node GPU support
Asus ESC8000A-E13P is a high-density server chassis engineered for multi-GPU deployments and accelerated computing. The chassis supports up to eight GPU nodes and integrates a 3200W power supply to deliver continuous power for multiple accelerator cards. Its internal layout and airflow design prioritize stable operation under sustained loads, making the unit suitable for AI model training, high-performance computing (HPC) and virtualization platforms that require concentrated compute resources.
The chassis offers high power capacity and distribution to support several high-power graphics accelerators simultaneously while maintaining stable voltages. Its modular interior and drive/cooling bay arrangement enable flexible configuration for diverse accelerator card lengths and auxiliary components. Optimized cooling paths and fan placement are designed to reduce thermal hotspots within densely populated GPU configurations, improving sustained performance and reliability. The rack-compatible form factor and standardized mounting support help with straightforward integration into existing data center infrastructure.
Install the chassis into a compatible rack following standard rack-mount procedures and ensure proper grounding. Populate the system with approved GPU accelerator cards and compatible compute nodes according to the manufacturer’s mechanical and electrical guidelines. Connect power distribution to an appropriate data center power source, verifying circuit capacity and redundancy requirements for continuous operation. Configure server management and monitoring interfaces to track temperatures, fan speeds and power draw, and deploy the host software stack and drivers needed for the accelerator cards.
Place the chassis in a controlled data center environment with adequate cooling and power redundancy. Maintain clearance for front-to-back airflow, monitor thermal and power metrics under load, and follow manufacturer guidance for GPU card spacing and retention to avoid airflow obstruction. Plan power distribution and circuit protection according to the cumulative power draw of installed accelerators.
