How to use

Apply the tape only to clean, dry skin; shave the area if necessary before application. Cut the required length and, if needed, round the ends with scissors to improve adhesion. Remove any protective backing and position the tape, then rub the applied area to activate the adhesive. The tape can remain in place for several days; after showering, pat the tape dry. To remove, press the skin with one hand and gently pull the tape away with the other hand.
