Kinesiological tape AUPCON AUPCON-12, dark green, 5 cm x 5 m
Kinesiology tape AUPCON AUPCON-12 in dark green (5 cm x 5 m) is a breathable, moisture-absorbing elastic tape with water- and sweat-resistant properties, designed to support muscles, joints and tendons without restricting movement. The tape uses a premium latex-free acrylic adhesive for reliable skin bonding and can be worn for up to one week, with full properties maintained for 3–5 days. It is 50–60% elastic in the longitudinal direction and does not leave marks after removal.
The tape improves muscle function by reducing tension and supporting weakened muscles while stabilizing joints and correcting fascia function. It stimulates proprioception through the skin, enhances blood circulation and lymph flow, and supports tissue relaxation and recovery processes. The material is comfortable and non-allergenic (95% cotton, 5% spandex), and each roll is individually packaged.
Apply the tape only to clean, dry skin; shave the area if possible for better adhesion. Cut the tape to the required length and, if desired, round the ends with scissors to reduce peeling. Remove backing and apply the tape with appropriate tension for the targeted support or drainage technique. After application, activate the adhesive by gently rubbing the tape to generate heat and improve bonding. The tape can remain on the skin for several days; after showering, pat it dry gently.
Do not apply the tape to damaged or irritated skin. If you have sensitive skin or a history of allergies, test a small piece first. Use the tape following advice from a doctor or physical therapist when treating lymphedema, significant skin conditions or complex injuries. Keep out of reach of children and avoid solvents when removing adhesive. When removing, press the skin with one hand and pull the tape away gently with the other.
