AWTOOLS AW13602 foam applicator is a handheld dispensing tool designed for controlled application of polyurethane foam from standard screw-in cans. The applicator has a lightweight aluminium body with a nickel-plated finish and an ergonomic plastic handle that ensures a secure grip during extended use. Its aluminium basket adapter is Teflon-coated to reduce adhesion and facilitate smooth mounting of foam cans. A stainless steel dispensing needle, brass nozzle with ball valve and nickel-plated barrel provide consistent foam flow and reliable shut-off when work is paused.

How to use

Attach a compatible screw-in foam can to the Teflon-coated aluminium basket adapter by screwing it in until secure. Hold the applicator by the ergonomic handle and aim the brass nozzle at the target area. Depress the spring trigger lever gently to start foam flow and use the adjustable knob to set the required output. For intermittent work, release the trigger to close the ball valve and prevent dripping. After use, follow the foam manufacturer's cleaning instructions; purge the nozzle and needle with the recommended cleaner to avoid blockages.
