Jump Starter Cables AWTools 600A, AWTools AWTOOLS KABLE ROZRUCHOWE 600A
AWTools 600A jump starter cables provide a reliable connection between vehicle batteries to deliver starting current for petrol and diesel engines in cars, vans and light commercial vehicles. The set includes heavy-duty insulated clamps and a robust, flexible cable assembly designed for repeated use in roadside assistance, emergency starts and workshop environments. The cables are intended to transfer up to 600 amps of cranking current and are sized for short-duration high-current applications necessary to start a stalled engine.
The cable set combines strong, corrosion-resistant clamps with thick conductors to reduce voltage drop during starting. Insulated handles and protective covers help minimise accidental contact and short circuits. The flexible outer sheath resists abrasion and oil exposure common in vehicle environments, while reinforced cable joints improve mechanical durability. The product is compact enough for storage in a vehicle while being long enough to reach batteries across most engine bays.
Before connecting, ensure both vehicles are turned off and parking brakes are applied. Identify the positive and negative terminals on each battery and attach the positive clamp to the dead battery first, then to the donor battery. Attach the negative clamp to a solid unpainted metal part of the vehicle chassis away from the battery and fuel system to reduce sparking near the battery. After connections are secure, start the donor vehicle and allow it to run briefly before attempting to start the disabled vehicle. Once the vehicle starts, remove the clamps in reverse order, beginning with the negative clamp from the previously dead vehicle.
Use the cables only for jump-starting tasks and follow vehicle manufacturer safety guidelines. Avoid prolonged cranking; if the vehicle does not start after several attempts, consult a mechanic. Store cables in a dry place, inspect clamps and insulation for damage before each use, and replace the set if conductors or clamps show corrosion or significant wear.
