Flashlight AWTools AW17620, handheld torch, weight 210 g
The AWTools AW17620 handheld flashlight is a compact, general-purpose torch designed for work, home and outdoor use. Built with an aluminium die-cast body and thermoplastic rubber (TPR) housing, it balances durability with a lightweight feel at approximately 210 g. The lamp offers high and low brightness modes and an additional top torch light to cover close-range tasks and more focused illumination.
Durable construction combines aluminium die-cast for structural strength with TPR plastic housing for grip and impact resistance. Multiple lighting modes allow selection of high output for task lighting or low output for extended runtime. The design includes a strong magnetic base and rear magnet for hands-free attachment to metal surfaces, a 180º adjustable handle to direct the beam, and a 360º swivel hook for hanging. Compact dimensions and light weight make it convenient to carry in a toolbox, glove compartment or backpack.
Insert three AA batteries into the battery compartment following the polarity markings. Use the mode switch to select between high and low brightness for the front beam, and activate the top torch light when a focused, close-range beam is needed. Position the flashlight using the 180º handle or hang it by the 360º swivel hook. Attach the magnetic base or rear magnet to suitable metal surfaces for hands-free operation and to illuminate work areas while keeping both hands free.
For optimal performance, use fresh alkaline or rechargeable NiMH AA batteries and remove batteries when storing the flashlight for extended periods. Avoid prolonged exposure to water and clean the magnetic contact surfaces of dirt and debris to maintain secure attachment. When working on vehicles, place the light on a stable metal surface and adjust the 180º handle to direct the beam into the work area.
