Level AWTOOLS AW30062 Width 20 mm Depth 2500 mm Height 90 mm
The AWTOOLS AW30062 level (width 20 mm, depth 2500 mm, height 90 mm) is a lightweight aluminium screed and spirit level combination designed for precise leveling and surface smoothing. Its silver anodized aluminium box profile provides rigidity with reduced weight, while precise acrylic vials with a magnifying effect ensure clear bubble readings. Two ergonomic injection-moulded plastic handles and double-sided plastic shock-absorbing end plugs improve handling and protect the tool during transport and work. Manufactured in Poland for professional and DIY use.
The aluminium box profile offers a balance of strength and low weight, facilitating long straight runs without excessive operator fatigue. Acrylic vials with a magnifying effect provide improved visibility and more accurate readings. Ergonomic handles allow secure grip and easier manipulation when smoothing or checking surfaces. Shock-absorbing end plugs reduce damage from impacts, extending the tool's service life. The combined screed and spirit level design saves time by enabling both surface levelling and straight-edge screeding with a single tool.
Place the AWTOOLS AW30062 level on the surface to be checked or smoothed. For levelling, observe the acrylic vials and adjust the substrate until the bubble centres on the markings. For screeding, use the tool's lower edge to strike and smooth material across the surface, moving along the length of the profile to achieve a flat finish. Use the ergonomic handles to maintain control during long passes and keep the level clean from excess material to ensure accurate vial readings.
Store the level on a flat surface or hang it using the handles to avoid bending. Clean concrete, plaster or filler residues after each use and inspect the vials periodically for damage. Avoid dropping the tool from heights; the shock-absorbing end plugs help protect against impacts but will not prevent all damage. For best results when screeding large areas, use two operators or work in overlapping passes to maintain consistent flatness.
