Hand scraper AWTools AW30265, 80 mm width, 60 g
AWTools AW30265 hand scraper is a compact manual tool with an 80 mm working width and a lightweight 60 g construction, designed for controlled removal of paint, adhesive residues, sealant and other materials from flat surfaces. Made of high-quality stainless steel with an ergonomic plastic handle, this scraper is suited to renovation, surface preparation and detailing tasks where precision and easy handling are required. The tool is manufactured in Poland and is intended for finishing and painting works as well as for plaster application, gap filling and smoothing.
The stainless steel blade provides corrosion resistance and consistent edge performance while the 80 mm width covers larger surface areas without sacrificing control. The ergonomic plastic handle reduces hand fatigue and improves grip during prolonged use. At 60 g the tool is lightweight for fine-detail work and transport, yet rigid enough for effective scraping and smoothing. Its compact size makes it easy to store and carry on-site.
Hold the AWTools AW30265 hand scraper by the ergonomic handle with a firm but comfortable grip. Position the stainless steel blade at a shallow angle to the surface and apply even pressure while moving the blade along the work area to remove paint, sealant or adhesive residues. For filling and smoothing, use the flat face of the blade to spread plaster or filler and then smooth the surface with controlled strokes. Clean the blade after use to maintain edge performance and prevent contamination of materials.
The AWTools AW30265 performs best when used with steady, controlled movements and regular blade cleaning. For stubborn residues, slightly increase pressure or make several light passes rather than forcing a single heavy scrape. Wear appropriate protective gloves and eyewear when scraping chemical coatings or deteriorated finishes.
