Manual screwdriver AWTools AW36707, 100 mm depth, 80 g weight
Manual screwdriver AWTools AW36707, 100 mm depth, 80 g weight
AWTools AW36707 is a manual screwdriver designed for fastening and loosening screws in general maintenance, assembly and repair work. The tool features a 100 mm working depth and a lightweight construction of 80 g, allowing comfortable repetitive use and access into confined spaces. The shaft is made of CrV S2 steel, hardened to HRC 51–54 for increased strength, and the tip is treated with a black oxide finish and magnetized to resist corrosion and hold fasteners in place.
The compact 100 mm shaft provides reach into narrow or recessed areas while the 80 g weight keeps the tool easy to manoeuvre during prolonged use. CrV S2 steel and HRC 51–54 hardening offer durability and resistance to wear. The black oxide tip reduces surface corrosion and the magnet assists in positioning and retaining screws. An ergonomic plastic handle with non-slip TPR covering improves grip and control, and a convenient hang hole supports neat storage.
Select the AWTools AW36707 screwdriver for screws that match the tip profile. Grip the ergonomic handle firmly and align the magnetized black oxide tip with the screw head to engage the fastener. Apply steady axial pressure and turn the handle clockwise to tighten or counterclockwise to loosen. The 100 mm shaft provides additional reach for recessed screws; take care to maintain alignment to avoid cam-out or damage to the screw head.
For best results, use the screwdriver on appropriately sized screw heads to prevent stripping. Keep the black oxide tip clean and dry to maintain corrosion resistance and magnetic retention. Store the tool on a pegboard or in a toolbox using the hang hole to protect the tip and handle from unnecessary wear.
