Manual screwdriver AWTools AW36914, 200 mm depth, 250 g
Manual screwdriver AWTools AW36914, 200 mm depth, 250 g
AWTools AW36914 is a manual screwdriver with a 200 mm shaft depth and lightweight 250 g construction, designed for accessing recessed fasteners in household and workshop tasks. Made of durable CrV S2 steel that is hardened and black oxidised, this screwdriver features a go-through hex shank with a metal cup, a magnetic tip for improved control and an ergonomic non-slip TPR-covered handle. It is intended for general maintenance, electronics assembly, furniture assembly and light repair work where reach and control are required.
The AWTools AW36914 combines a long 200 mm shaft for reaching deep or recessed screws with a compact, lightweight 250 g design that reduces user fatigue. Hardened CrV S2 steel and black oxide finish enhance wear and corrosion resistance while the go-through hex shank with metal cup increases durability under torque and impact. The magnetic tip aids one-handed operation and screw retention, and the ergonomic TPR-coated handle provides secure grip and comfort during repetitive tasks.
Select the correct tip orientation and place the magnetic tip onto the screw head to hold it in position. Apply steady pressure and rotate the ergonomic handle to tighten or loosen the screw; the long 200 mm shaft allows access to recessed or hard-to-reach fasteners. For tasks requiring extra impact resistance, the go-through hex shank with metal cup supports striking with a hammer where applicable. After use, wipe the shaft and tip clean and store in a dry place to preserve the black oxide surface.
Use the AWTools AW36914 for light to medium fastening tasks and avoid applying excessive torque beyond hand-tightening limits to prevent tip or screw damage. Keep the magnetic tip free of metal debris and periodically inspect the handle and shank for wear. For heavy industrial fastening, choose a tool rated for higher torque.
