Welding helmet AWTools AW50014, viewing area 237×359 mm, weight 270 g
AWTools AW50014 is a lightweight welding helmet made of pressboard with a steel sheet frame and powder-coated finish. The helmet provides a large viewing area of 237 × 359 mm and weighs 270 g, offering face and eye protection from sparks, spatter and harmful radiation during welding, cutting and grinding operations. The construction includes riveted shield elements, a comfortable handle and replaceable welding filters (filter plus clear glass). The product is designed for use at elevated welding operation temperatures and is made in Poland.
The pressboard shell combined with a powder-coated steel frame keeps the helmet light yet durable for extended use. A large 237×359 mm viewing area improves visibility and situational awareness while working. Replaceable welding filters and clear glass enable straightforward maintenance and filter replacement without replacing the entire helmet. Riveted shield elements and a comfortable handle add practical durability and handling convenience.
Position the helmet so the viewing area aligns with your line of sight and use the comfortable handle to adjust placement. Ensure the replaceable welding filter and clear glass are correctly seated and secured before starting any welding, cutting or grinding work. Inspect riveted shield elements and frame for any damage prior to use. Replace worn or damaged filters and clear glass with compatible parts to maintain protection and visibility.
Use the helmet with appropriate personal protective equipment such as welding gloves, apron and eye protection where needed. Regularly check filter condition and mounting, clean clear glass to maintain visibility, and store the helmet in a dry place away from direct heat sources when not in use.
