AXIS M4318-PLVE is a compact panoramic dome camera with a 12 MP sensor, stereographic lens and Sharpdome 360 that provide sharp image quality across a 180° or full 360° field of view. The camera supports day/night operation and includes Lightfinder technology plus built-in IR illumination with individually controllable LEDs to ensure clear, reflection-free footage in low light and complete darkness. It also offers digital PTZ and multiple dewarped view modes such as panorama, quad, corner and corridor.

Advantages

The camera delivers edge-to-edge sharpness and high-resolution imagery while maintaining lifelike colors in low light. Integrated deep learning capabilities (DLPU) enable on-device analytics and rich metadata for fast forensic search in live or recorded video. Built on ARTPEC-8, the device provides built-in cybersecurity features including Axis Edge Vault and supports ACAP v4 for custom applications. How to use

Install the AXIS M4318-PLVE following the manufacturer’s mounting instructions and connect to power and network.
