The azo digital LiFePO4 Battery 12.8V 100Ah (150A) with BMS and Bluetooth, heating mat is a rechargeable lithium iron phosphate power module designed for stable, long-life energy storage. This 12.8V 100Ah battery delivers usable capacity with a 150A maximum continuous current capability. Integrated battery management provides overcharge, overdischarge, overcurrent and temperature protection plus cell balancing. Bluetooth connectivity allows real-time monitoring of state of charge, voltage, current and temperature through a compatible mobile app. A dedicated heating mat is included to support operation in low-temperature environments and improve charging behavior in cold conditions.
The battery offers an extended cycle life and a favorable power-to-weight ratio compared with lead‑acid alternatives, reducing overall system mass while maintaining stable voltage output. The built-in BMS simplifies system integration by handling cell balancing and protective functions automatically. Bluetooth monitoring gives convenient access to operational data without opening enclosures or connecting external meters. The supplied heating mat enables reliable charging and discharging at lower ambient temperatures by maintaining battery cell temperature within recommended ranges.
Install the battery in a dry, well-ventilated location with secure mounting and appropriate cable routing. Connect positive and negative terminals to the system following polarity markings and use adequately sized cables and fuses or circuit breakers sized for the 150 A maximum current. If using the battery in a cold environment, fit the included heating mat according to the manufacturer’s placement instructions before initial charging. Pair the battery’s Bluetooth with the manufacturer’s app to view state of charge, voltage, current and temperature. Observe the BMS alerts displayed in the app and follow recommended charging voltage and current limits provided by your charger or inverter/charger documentation.
For optimal lifespan, avoid deep discharge cycles beyond recommended depths of discharge, keep the battery within the specified operating temperature range, and use a compatible charger configured for LiFePO4 chemistry. When operating in sub-zero conditions, ensure the heating mat is active before charging. Regularly monitor the battery via Bluetooth and perform periodic inspections of terminals and mounting hardware.
