How to use

Slide the lock button to the UNLOCK position to open the appliance, then plug it in. Turn the rotary wheel to select the temperature suited to your hair type and press the 0/I button; the indicator light will illuminate while heating. Use the protective gloves with the BaBylissPRO logo facing upward (L and R tags indicate left and right). Take a section of hair, place the waver near the roots without touching the scalp, close the barrels lightly around the hair for a few seconds according to the chosen temperature and hair thickness, then move the clamp lower and continue down the section. Allow hair to cool completely before handling. After use, press the 0/I button to switch off, wait for the appliance to cool and slide the lock into the LOCK position. If unused for around 72 minutes, the unit will automatically switch off.

Usage recommendations

For best results, choose the lowest effective temperature for fine or coloured hair (140°C) and increase the heat for thicker or very curly hair (up to 220°C). Clean the barrels only when the appliance is unplugged and cool, using a damp cloth and non-corrosive detergent; ensure the unit is fully dry before next use.
