How to use

Install the blade into a compatible hacksaw frame following the frame manufacturer’s instructions, ensuring the teeth face the material and the blade is correctly seated. Apply correct tension so the blade runs straight without excessive stress — insufficient tension allows twisting and crooked cuts, while excessive tension increases stress on the blade and frame. Adjust stroke rate and feed pressure to the material being cut: harder materials generally require a lower stroke rate and higher feed pressure, while softer materials need lighter feed.
