How to use

Mark the centre of the hole, secure the workpiece and fit the hole saw to a suitable arbor and drill. Start drilling at low speed to establish the pilot location, then increase speed appropriate to the material while applying steady pressure. For metal and stainless steel, use cutting fluid to extend tool life and reduce heat build-up. Withdraw the hole saw periodically to clear chips and prevent clogging. After cutting, deburr the hole if necessary for a clean finish.
